How long does an order take?
Most prints start within a few days and ship soon after. Larger or multi-color models take longer, and busy periods can stretch timelines. You will see tracking on your order as soon as it ships.
What are the models made of?
Printed plastic filament, built layer by layer. Available materials and colors are shown in the ordering window for each model, based on what is in stock at the time.
How does the Creator Lab work?
Upload a clear JPG or PNG photo, and our AI turns it into a 3D model you can spin around on screen. From there you can keep the digital file or order it as a physical print. Members and first-time signed-in users get a free render.
What do membership tokens do?
Tokens replace payment. A generation token covers an AI model, and a print token covers an eligible print, so your total shows $0.00 at checkout. Tokens refresh on your billing anniversary and expire if the membership is cancelled.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders are final upon payment. We will make reasonable efforts to honor small change requests before printing begins, but nothing can be changed once a print has started.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send photos of the damage from the support page and we will arrange a replacement of the same item. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Are these toys?
No. Printed models are plastic and may have sharp or uneven edges. Products are sold as-is for novelty purposes only — see the Legal Disclaimers. Choking Hazard: 3D prints are made of fused layers that can break under heavy stress. Not intended for children under 3 years old without adult supervision. Heat Warning: All printed products may deform or melt and should not be left in direct sunlight, in vehicles, or otherwise outside of climate-controlled environments.
