Your content and permissions

You must have the right to upload each image or model and to request the resulting digital or physical item. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or harmful content.

AI-generated results

Generated geometry can vary from the source image and may require review before printing. A preview is not a guarantee that every detail can be manufactured exactly as shown.

Memberships and tokens

Membership benefits follow the tier shown at purchase. Tokens are account benefits, have no cash value, and are applied only to eligible actions. Minimum-term and renewal details shown during checkout and in your Account govern the subscription. Tokens and renders do not roll over: at each monthly renewal, balances reset to the amounts included with your plan, and any unused tokens from the prior month are forfeited. Tokens also expire when a membership is cancelled or otherwise becomes inactive: any unused tokens are removed from the account at that time and are not refunded or restored.

Prices and orders

Prices reflect the selected model, size, material, color, and applicable shipping. Orders are final when placed, and all sales are final.

Order changes and production

Molten Voxel 3D makes reasonable efforts to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, including order corrections where possible. However, changes cannot be made once printing has started. Order volume may affect delivery timelines.

Printed product expectations

Minor flaws may occur as a natural part of the 3D printing process, and the buyer assumes all responsibility for purchased items. Printed models are made from plastic and may contain sharp or uneven edges, which can be hazardous. Minor design adjustments may be required to enable printing of custom models.

Choking Hazard: 3D prints are made of fused layers that can break under heavy stress. Not intended for children under 3 years old without adult supervision.

Heat Warning: All printed products may deform or melt and should not be left in direct sunlight, in vehicles, or otherwise outside of climate-controlled environments.

Arkansas law applies to any disputes arising from purchases, memberships, or use of this site. Any disputes will be handled in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
